Perfect Turn works with growing contractors to design and implement the systems that connect field and office — built around how work actually happens, not how software demos suggest it should.
See what I doWhat I Do
I help growing contractors build Procore workflows around how work actually happens — daily reports, time tracking, safety, quality. The goal is tools that hold up when projects get complicated and that people actually use.
About
I started my career as a field engineer at TCE, the electrical contracting arm of Iovino Enterprises, working on New York City Transit projects under intense pressure to deliver systems that millions of people rely on every day. From day one I found myself asking the same question: why do we do it this way?
That question moved me out of the field and into an operational technology role. Over four years I built TCE's innovation department from the ground up, assembling a team of engineers and analysts and becoming responsible for how the company adopted, implemented, and managed the technology its project teams used every day.
I started Perfect Turn because I kept seeing the same pattern across the industry: great builders who wanted to improve, tried something new, watched it fall flat, and went back to the old way.
Perfect Turn exists to help contractors turn their tools into operational advantage — giving project teams the systems and information they need to run jobs with clarity and control.
If you're deploying new tools, struggling with adoption, or trying to bring clarity to your operations, let's connect.
